Pieces bought on pre-order will be shipped on the date stated in the listing. If there are any delays in the production process that require a change in date of shipping, you will be notified via e-mail.

Orders are shipped from the UK and sent via courier and will require signature on arrival. International orders may require additional customs fee, this will vary depending on the size of the order and the country of the recipient. 

Refunds for items will be available if requested within 14 days of delivery. We will process a full refund within a further 14 days of receiving the returned item. Items that have been returned worn or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund unless faulty. Please note that custom, bespoke and Made-To-Order items are not eligible for refunds unless the item is faulty.
